In the continuous extrusion of optical-grade PMMA/PC linear light diffusers, the haul-off equipment plays a critical role in "stable output and precise shaping." It pulls the molten profile smoothly from the die at a constant speed and feeds it into the cooling system, directly affecting dimensional accuracy, straightness, and surface quality.

采用上下双履带夹持，压力均匀可调，适用于不同厚度（0.5–5mm）的PMMA/PC型材，确保牵引力稳定，避免型材变形。
Dual-Belt Constant Tension Control
Upper and lower belts provide uniform, adjustable pressure, suitable for various PMMA/PC profile thicknesses (0.5–5mm), ensuring stable pull force and preventing deformation.

🔹 无级调速，精准同步
伺服电机驱动，速度范围0.1–6m/min，与挤出主机实时同步，避免“过拉”或“堆积”，确保挤出线速度一致性。
Stepless Speed Control & Precision Sync
Servo-driven system with speed range of 0.1–6m/min, synchronized in real-time with the extruder to prevent over-pulling or material buildup.

🔹 表面保护设计
履带采用高弹性硅胶或聚氨酯材质，软接触型材表面，有效防止划伤、压痕，特别适用于高光或压花纹理产品。
Surface Protection Design
Belts made of high-elasticity silicone or polyurethane provide soft contact, preventing scratches and marks—ideal for high-gloss or embossed surfaces.

🔹 自动纠偏与中心对齐
配备光电传感器与自动调节机构，实时纠正型材偏移，确保牵引路径居中，提升后续切割精度。
Auto-Alignment & Centering
Equipped with photoelectric sensors and auto-adjustment mechanisms to correct profile misalignment in real-time, ensuring centered pulling and improved cutting accuracy.
